This machine is mainly used for bonding the upper leather and sheet toe cover of shoe uppers
The material for sheet wrapping can be pre coated with hot melt adhesive or general materials, and then glued to the upper surface after applying adhesive on the inside.
This machine adopts pneumatic transmission and uses a lower arch shaped mold to bond the upper skin with the sheet header. After applying adhesive to the inner surface, it is then bonded to the upper surface, so that the upper skin, sheet header, and inner surface are bonded together.
The design of the arch shaped upper and lower molds makes the processed upper surface more conducive to subsequent processing. The arch shaped upper mold is equipped with a heating device to melt the pre coated hot melt adhesive on the head, making it more secure when pressed against the upper surface.
The pressing time and temperature can be adjusted appropriately according to the requirements of the processing material.
After a small rod is used to press and position the sheet header on the lower mold, the upper mold descends for pressing and pasting, ensuring that the sheet header is accurately positioned on the upper surface.<\/h2>
