YE-880 Shoe Head Steaming Machine
This machine is used before the front shoe upper machine. The leather toe part is coated with heat film, which is heated and steamed by this machine to soften it and facilitate the formation of the upper.
In terms of temperature – the normal temperature is 100-120 degrees, and the time can be adjusted according to the material. It can be adjusted for about 10-20 seconds according to the leather material.
This machine is used to humidify and soften the hot film at the tip of leather, for upper binding made by the upper binding mechanism.
